How do I make an order?
It is very simple to order items from our online store. Find the section and identify the item you want to buy. Choose the format and required backing. A price will now appear; click on the “add to basket” icon.
At this point, you can decide whether or not to continue shopping or to complete your order. If you already have all the items you need in your basket, click on the “Close order” button and you will be taken straight to the purchase process.
How does the basket work?
The basket contains all of the items you have chosen. Once you have finished selecting the items you need, click on the “close order” button.
This will show you all of the items you have chosen. You can also edit your selection or delete items you no longer wish to purchase.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your purchases in the way that you find most convenient:
1. By transfer to our bank account;
2. By credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Postepay, Carta Aura);
3. By PayPal.
How do you guarantee the safety of my personal data?
Your address and personal data are processed with all legal guarantees and provided to third parties only during performance of the order, such as, to manage product dispatches. We do not store the details of your credit care for any reason whatsoever.
How long does it take for my order to be issued?
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched no later than 5 days from receipt of your transfer. To cut down delivery times, we recommend that you send us the transfer receipt to the following e-mail address: email@example.com or send a fax to +39 0735 711704.
How do you encrypt my personal data?
To guarantee you the utmost security, all personal data are automatically encrypted before passing from your browser to the financial services server. To do this, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, with a coding key. This means we are able to state with the utmost peace of mind, that no strangers can access your data.
Every time your data are encoded, you will see a small padlock symbol appear in the bottom right of your browser window.
How much are delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination country and are applied before the order is closed.
Which courier service do you use?
We use the GLS express courier service for all of our deliveries in Italy and DHL for the rest of the world.
What happens if I am out when the courier comes to deliver the package?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier’s waybill. Use the link and ID number to track your package. To minimize delays, we recommend that the delivery address you provide is the one where you can be reached during the day.
Can I request deliveries to a different address from the one listed on the invoice?
While making your order you can choose the delivery address for your package.
Can I purchase items in my own country?
Our sales system is based on the online store concept only. This is why there are no stores in any other countries that can offer our goods. If you wish to purchase our products, you must do so from our online store.
Do you accept currencies other than euros?
Our website only accepts payments in euros; it is not currently possible to make orders or pay in other currencies.
What do I do if the package arrives damaged?
Always check the package to make sure it is not damaged. If you receive a damaged package, please accepted it SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and contact us without delay. If you are in any doubt, we advise you not to accept the package. All goods travel insured against damage, but it is necessary to commence a complaints claim directly with the courier service.
